I'm so glad to see you. Techable Moments is my technology challenge to walk the talk, so to speak. I tell my teachers to "click away." "Click away" it's what our students do. Our little digital natives are fearless and bold. Our little geeks don't care about getting lost, or even breaking something; they click on anything and everything, just to see what it does. We, on the other hand, are afraid of getting lost, breaking something, or maybe even showing that we don't know how. Well, that's what the "home" link, or the "start" button is for, and when all else fails-save nothing and turn it off.

Want to make your own Google Search Story? It's very simple to use - just choose your search terms, decide which element you want searched (web, news, images, maps and so on), then choose your music and you're done. Google then adds in panning and movement itself, and publishes it to YouTube. Go to the Google Search Stories Video Creator page, let the first story start to play. Then click the blue box, Create Your Own.
